Bennett May

I believe effective legal counsel relies on transparency and ‎collaboration. My goal is to reduce complexity and enable ‎clients to make informed decisions.‎

How I represent clients at Schwabe

My practice focuses on business and corporate transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts. I support clients with day-to-day operational needs as well as larger strategic projects, helping them navigate legal requirements and make informed decisions as their businesses grow.

As a USPTO-certified patent attorney, I can also assist clients with intellectual property matters, including basic asset protection strategies and identifying potential patent or trademark considerations. I help integrate IP awareness into broader business planning and work to ensure clients understand the options available to safeguard their ideas.

I aim to provide practical, responsive support to companies at various stages, contributing clear guidance that aligns with client goals.
