How I represent clients at Schwabe

I provide legal advice to private and public-sector clients to help them navigate complex real estate and business matters. From acquisitions and dispositions to leasing and development, I assist clients in structuring and executing transactions that support their long-term business goals.

My experience includes drafting and negotiating key transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, financing and closing agreements, easements, and architectural and engineering contracts. Additionally, I have experience advising clients on forming and structuring shared-ownership communities including condominiums, cooperatives, and homeowners associations.

Ultimately, my focus is on delivering practical, efficient solutions that help clients move projects forward and achieve successful outcomes.
