How I represent clients at Schwabe

I’m a highly dedicated patent attorney with a passion for merging technical knowledge with the law. I help clients by providing strategic advice on intellectual property management and prosecuting patent applications. My background is in data science; namely, data gathering, data cleaning, data analysis, and machine learning / artificial intelligence. I have experience working on semiconductor, circuit, telecommunication, mechanical, and machine learning / artificial intelligence related patents. I also assist in IP litigation matters and draft and review privacy policies, terms and conditions, data retention policies, and data protection addendums. Whether helping clients to secure a patent or providing guidance through patent prosecution, I’m here to help my clients throughout the process.

I previously served as a legal extern at the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in New York and was a summer associate in the IP department at Schwabe. I’ve also contributed to the University of Washington Student Legal Services and the UW School of Law Trademark Clinic, where I provided trademark opinion letters and filed trademark applications.
