How I represent clients at Schwabe
I help clients protect their intellectual property and navigate complex business challenges. My work includes handling everything from USPTO Trademark Trial and Appeal Board pleadings to discovery, cease-and-desist letters, and asset protection issues. I also advise clients on data privacy and cybersecurity matters, including drafting website privacy policies, terms of use, and AI policies, and guiding them through best practices in the event of a data breach or cybersecurity incident. My goal is to provide clear, practical strategies that protect your business and position you for what comes next.
I started as a law clerk at Schwabe where I gained valuable experience across areas like real property, contract law, and bankruptcy law. This foundation shaped my ability to approach legal challenges with a broad perspective and a focus on achieving meaningful outcomes.
