How I represent clients at Schwabe

I focus my practice on helping clients buy, sell, lease and finance real property, guiding them through each stage of a transaction with clarity and practical insight. My work spans a wide range of industries, with particular experience in the food and beverage, technology, hospitality, industrial, and commercial office sectors.

I advise on the full spectrum of real estate agreements, including commercial leases, easements, purchase and sale agreements, and restrictive covenants, and support clients through initial letters of intent through post-closing matters. Whether navigating complex negotiations or managing final details, I help ensure each transaction progresses efficiently and strategically.

In addition to transactional work, I have represented clients in land use and zoning matters and bring a strong litigation background to my practice. This allows me to anticipate issues that may lead to disputes and, when conflicts arise, to draw on my experience in both state and federal courts to protect my clients’ interests and move matters toward efficient, practical, and mutually acceptable resolutions.
