Land Use Project Planner

How I represent clients at Schwabe

I am a Land Use Project Planner with experience navigating complex permitting processes for projects across Oregon and Southwest Washington. My work spans everything from infill and middle housing to large-scale greenfield developments, and I enjoy helping projects move forward smoothly despite the many challenges that can arise.

Before this role, I served as Land Use Entitlements Manager for a national developer-homebuilder. Earlier in my career, I worked as a Development Coordinator in my family’s homebuilding business and as Assistant Government Affairs Director for the Home Building Association of Greater Portland. These experiences gave me a clear perspective on the regional land use issues shaping growth in our communities.
