Industry focus
My clients’ goals always set the destination, but I love to help chart the course.
How I represent clients at Schwabe
The focus of my broad-ranging real estate practice is to guide clients through complex transactions, including the financing, development, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate. I represent lenders, developers, investors, and owners across various real estate asset classes, such as office, multi-family, industrial, hospitality, retail, logistics, energy, and raw land.
My commitment to my clients and their objectives is unwavering, but I strive to maintain a spirit of collaboration and a sense of humor throughout every transaction.
Having worked in-house for a startup company, I understand the need to focus on what is crucial for my clients’ business goals, and to operate with speed and efficiency. I work closely with them to streamline processes and seek optimal outcomes with a practical and common-sense approach.
