We are excited to announce that Cristin Wagner is joining the firm, adding to the Healthcare and Technology industry groups. Cristin comes from an in-house counsel role at a publicly held patent licensing company, where she managed worldwide licensing and enforcement programs. She specializes in helping innovative companies develop, protect, and enforce their intellectual property portfolios.

Cristin is highly regarded for her talents and expertise using intellectual property to achieve her clients’ goals, whether using top-notch portfolio management techniques to defend key technologies or litigating patents in the United States or around the world. She has worked with a client base ranging from leading pharmaceutical companies to individual inventors. She has achieved significant monetary results through both verdicts and licensing deals for her clients.

Cristin spent the first part of her career as a patent litigator with a large international law firm in Canada. There she managed all phases of complex multimillion-dollar pharmaceutical patent infringement cases. This experience provided her with a thorough understanding of issues facing the pharmaceutical industry.
