How I represent clients at Schwabe

I help clients forge long-term solutions to complex legal challenges.

My background in private practice and government provides me with a unique perspective, which includes handling high-value contract negotiations involving Indian Tribes and Tribal Organizations, working with the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDEAA), and interpreting other relevant statutes and regulations while developing effective risk-mitigation strategies. Informed by my years in the courtroom and at the negotiation table, I work to understand my client’s challenges and provide clear options and practical strategies at each critical stage.

I always try to keep the big picture in mind, and I appreciate the opportunity to listen, learn, and build consensus.
