How I represent clients at Schwabe
I assist clients with a variety of corporate, real estate, and business matters. My experience includes conducting due diligence, supporting mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and real estate transactions, as well as drafting and reviewing corporate documents and agreements that help clients pursue their business objectives.
While in law school, I gained experience in both public and private legal practice. I worked with the Oregon Department of Justice’s General Counsel Division, Tax and Finance Section, where I assisted with contract and tax-related matters for the State of Oregon. I also served as an extern with a large international brand licensing and legacy management agency, where I focused on celebrity and estate brand licensing, including drafting and reviewing licensing agreements and intellectual property rights management. Earlier in my career, I interned for Oregon State Representative Paul Evans, supporting legislative and policy initiatives and assisting constituents with a wide range of concerns.
