How I represent clients at Schwabe

I focus my practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters, including complex injury cases, commercial and business disputes, employment and labor issues, real property concerns, regulatory compliance, and property damage claims.

Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for thorough preparation, clear communication, and a detail-oriented approach to high-stakes litigation. I handle every stage of the litigation process, from case assessment and strategy to discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial support, always keeping my clients’ goals and risk tolerance at the center of my work.

Drawing on experience across multiple industries, I strive to find practical, strategic solutions that meet the unique challenges each client faces. I take pride in developing thoughtful, efficient plans designed to achieve the best possible results.
