Obtaining permits and approvals for development projects is no small feat, and Schwabe’s land use team knows how to get the job done. By combining our municipal relationships and knowledge of the nuances of local land development codes and ordinances, we help our clients obtain the permits needed to get new projects off the ground and keep current projects on track.
We are skilled at handling land use permits and entitlements, including subdivisions, conditional use permits, and master plans.
