Samantha MacBeth
Overview
Samantha helps individual clients with estate planning, probate and trust administration. She also advises nonprofit organizations and private foundations on general governance and tax compliance matters.
Samantha is service-oriented and enjoys the opportunity to work with clients in a collaborative manner. In her role as an estate planning attorney, she realizes that not every family or estate is the same, and she creates estate plans that are uniquely tailored to meet the client’s individualized needs by using different estate planning vehicles, strategic tax planning, charitable gifts or business succession planning. She has experience with high net worth estates and drafting appropriate estate tax returns. Samantha also works with nonprofit organizations and private foundations. She assists in the start-up of the organization, submits applications for tax-exempt status, counsels organizations on tax compliance issues, and drafts a variety of governance documents, policies, and contracts.
