Dan Eller will start with an overview of Oregon’s Corporate Activity Tax (“CAT”), from the perspective of farming, ranching, and agribusiness. Dan will explain DOR rulemaking as it pertains to the industry. The session will conclude with an overview of CAT developments during 2021, including during the Legislative Session.
