Samantha helps clients in estate planning, probate and trust administration matters. She drafts estate planning documents such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, durable powers of attorney and advanced directives. She enjoys getting to know her clients and welcomes the long-lasting relationships she forms with each one. Samantha is also service-oriented. She realizes that not every family or estate is the same, and she enjoys creating estate plans that are uniquely tailored to meet the client’s individualized needs by using different estate planning vehicles, strategic tax planning, charitable gifts or business succession planning.
