How I represent clients at Schwabe

I am an intellectual property (IP) and brand attorney dedicated to helping retail and technology companies protect, manage, and grow their brands. My work covers the full spectrum of brand protection and compliance, ensuring advertising, marketing, promotional materials, and websites meet legal standards; drafting and reviewing privacy policies; and resolving domain name infringement issues.

For retail clients, I help safeguard product names, logos, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship agreements. In the technology space, I draft and negotiate software licensing agreements that protect innovations while building strategic partnerships.

Before joining Schwabe, I had a year-long fellowship at Nike, working with teams in Consumer Marketplace, Sports Marketing, Brand Marketing, Consumer Digital, and Intellectual Property. That experience gave me a unique perspective on how branding, technology, and legal strategy work together, insights I now bring to every client I advise.
