Kevin Clancey

As a land-focused lawyer, I work with clients of all sizes to help navigate complex environmental and land use issues related to real property development. I am passionate about any work that involves the land and abundant natural resources in the Pacific Northwest. My goal is to help clients comply with local, state, and federal environmental and land use regulations so they can develop and build projects as efficiently as possible.

I work for a diverse array of clients on many different kinds of projects, including commercial and residential real estate development, mineral development, and energy generation and storage. My experience includes land use permitting, environmental due diligence, drafting conditions, covenants, and restrictions (CC&Rs) for residential developments, as well as researching and advising on environmental regulations such as NEPA.

During law school, I spent two summers with Schwabe as a summer associate, gaining experience in both environmental and land use law. Prior to law school, I worked in the commercial real estate industry as a banking consultant and financial analyst for managed properties.
