How I represent clients at Schwabe
My practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on trust and estate litigation, trust administration and probate, and fiduciary litigation, representing a wide range of clients from major financial institutions to individual beneficiaries. With a background in estate planning law, I understand that preparations for the future do not always go as expected, and I advocate for clients in disputes involving contested estates, breaches of fiduciary duty, and mismanagement of trust assets. I also help personal representatives/administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries navigate the often complex processes of trust and estate administration, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and pursuing just outcomes.
Whether advocating for a bank serving as a corporate trustee or guiding a family through a contested probate matter, I bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to each case. I work to resolve disputes efficiently and strategically, while helping to affirm that my clients’ rights and responsibilities are clearly understood and protected throughout the process.
During law school, I was a legal intern with Willamette College of Law Trust & Estate Clinic and with a nonprofit organization in Oregon
