Schwabe, a prominent Pacific Northwest law firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Matthew (Matt) Wojcik, shareholder; Antoine Smith, associate; Katie Bue, senior paralegal; and Caroline Bryant, legal assistant. All four join Schwabe from Bullivant Houser, further strengthening Schwabe’s Healthcare and Life Sciences team.
Matt brings extensive experience representing clients in medical malpractice cases, product liability disputes, and matters involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices. In addition, Matt regularly represents product manufacturers, aviation service providers, construction contractors, and insurers in negligence claims, toxic torts, catastrophic injury cases, class actions, and construction defect litigation.
Antoine is a litigator who focuses on commercial, tax, insurance coverage, and casualty-related matters in the healthcare arena. He also represents clients in regulatory and licensure matters before state and federal boards and agencies.
Katie has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal and provides support in medical malpractice, product liability, workplace injury, and construction defect cases.
Caroline has more than three years of experience as a legal assistant, with a focus on supporting litigation teams.
