Schwabe’s Matt Singer represents OneALASKA, a group united in opposition of Ballot Measure No. 1, a new oil tax initiative. This new tax would greatly impact Alaska’s economy and workforce.

OneALASKA is a coalition comprised of leaders from many Alaskan businesses including organized labor, business and Alaska Native corporations, outdoor recreation, small business, non-partisan political leaders, and more, representing the interests of more than 400 Alaskan businesses.

When a prominent former legislator filed a complaint with the Alaska Public Offices Commission asserting that OneALASKA should have to take down and change its campaign materials, Singer’s clients won a unanimous decision denying the motion for an expedited hearing.
